Whether its the fully fledged competition bench or our range of dumbbell benches, all of our Valhalla designed bench presses conform to the rules and regulations of most of the major powerlifting federations world wide.
This means our flat benches can be used for dumbbell benching, or benching in a power rack and know that you are training on competition spec equipment.
